Mark's Finest Moment

Aside from this day four years ago, and this memorable evening, this morning might have been one of Mark's finest moments (as it pertains to a guy chalking up some major man points). So, here's the story. We like Costco's brand of organic peanut butter. It doesn't come already mixed, so you need to mix the top layer of oil with the rest of the jar of peanut butter. This may sound like I'm exaggerating, but it's a major ordeal (and nearly impossible) to get the oil all the way down to the very bottom middle part of the jar. It just doesn't work. We eat a lot of peanut butter in our house, so this just isn't a once every couple of months type of problem. The last times I've mixed it, and I used a lot of effort, made a big mess, and it still didn't get all mixed in the bottom. Anyway, when Mark got his drill out this morning, I had to get the camera. I thought we were going to have a serious situation on our hands, and for future reference, I was going to have it documented with pictures.

I must speak truthfully and admit his plan worked perfectly (even though I was completely convinced he was crazy). He used some attachment on his drill, stuck it down into the peanut butter jar, and before we knew it, perfectly smooth peanut butter.
Mission accomplished!
