Christmas Night Out

With the girls out of school for winter break, and Christmas right around the corner, we took a night out over the weekend to head out together as a family.  None of us had ever gone on a horse drawn carriage ride, so we decided it would be fun to go on a carriage ride and out do dinner.

While we waited for our turn on the carriage ride, we warmed by a little fire and the kids drank hot chocolate. The carriage ride wasn't that long, but it was worth the wait to have the "experience" or having ridden in one.  After our ride we enjoyed a fun dinner out together before heading back home.  It was just nice to be out together as a family.
