That's definitely what Nina is thinking as she rides around in the cool pink car (on loan from Emme). It's a totally different world for her than riding in the stroller - quite a bit more fun!!
For those friends and family we don't get to see very often, we hope you enjoy keeping track of what we're up to! You can click on any picture to see it bigger, and you can leave a comment to contact us. Enjoy!

11 Months Old
Nina turned 11 months old today. It's hard to believe that almost a year has passed. At this point, Nina is really a busy little girl. She wants to be on the move all the time, and she is becoming more and more of a little copycat of what she sees us doing. She has become quite the little companion who chatters to me all day (about what, I don't know), and rather quickly, "baby Nina" has turned into a little girl.

VT Day
Since yesterday was a day for the nation to support and remember Virginia Tech by wearing Hokie colors, Shenley, Emme, Nina, and I got decked out in our VT gear and met up with our favorite Hokie. In a time when so many others are hurting from their loss, we feel especially lucky that Bo was not involved in that terrible scene. Thanks to everyone that called and emailed to see if he was ok - it's really nice to know how many people had him in their thoughts.

Very Cute Video
Nina had kind of a rough day today. She finally cut through one of her top teeth, but she paid the price with a fever and feeling under the weather most of the day. She did revive this evening to provide us with this very cute video. Evidentally, blocks falling off her head are quite funny!http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FCVrzufKlMw

Ready to Party
After being cooped up today with the dreary, cold weather, Nina was ready to party this evening when we headed out to Chuck E. Cheese for a birthday party. From the moment we got there, she was captivated by the large group of balloons for the twins' birthday party, and when she was given a balloon of her own, she never let go of it the whole night. She really enjoyed herself at the party - walking around carrying the balloon, trying to keep up with the bigger kids, and all the lights and music were quite a bit of entertainment for the senses. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ai_W8MW9N1Q

A Visit to Hartfield
With Mark still travelling for preseason, Nina and I decided to join my mom and dad for a few days in Hartfield to escape the first weekend of our house on the market. Nina took a wagon ride, followed Cobi around, and got to check out some new scenery. We enjoyed the company and the relaxing time away.
