Exploring the Outdoors

Since we're getting some beautiful spring weather, Nina and I have been outside much more. She wasn't too sure about walking in the grass at first, but now she's more accustomed to the uneven terrain and new sensations of the grass.

Dinner Out

Since Mark left for Mexico today, my mom and dad invited Nina and I out to dinner for some company. Nina loves all the attention she gets from Mousey and Poppy, and she also learned that she loves to chew on celery!

Almost 10 Months

Nina will turn 10 months old tomorrow. She really is a lot of fun and very cute these days.

Fun With Emme

Shenley and Emme came over on Friday, and Emme and Nina had so much fun dancing and chasing each other around!

Sleeping Beauty

Well, maybe not...This is Nina after a trip to the doctor's office and a round of shots. Nina (who isn't known for being a good napper) slept for almost 3 hours!

Such a Big Girl

At 9.5 months, Nina seems like much more of a little girl than a baby. She keeps us entertained with her antics, and she loves to use her pointer finger on everything. At the Beach

A Trip of Firsts

Nina and I arrived back to Virginia today after visiting Mark for a few days in Ft. Lauderdale. For Nina, it was a trip of firsts - first time on an airplane, first time in a pool, first time to the beach, and first time seeing her Aunt Joey and cousins, Justin and Ryan. Aside from the firsts, she also got to visit with Grandma and Grandpa Maynard, see her dad, stay out past her bedtime, and enjoy some sunny FL weather.
